● Marketed and promoted the dialogues between AiD interviewers and African storytellers, using creative posters, dialogue
quotes, pictures and questions to engage the online community.

● Helped market and raise awareness about the W.O.B.N. Inaugural Awards in November 2021. Did initial research and document
creation, created posters and captions for the social media pages and facilitated the Zoom broadcast of the ceremony.
● Wrote content and captions on the W.O.B.N. LinkedIn page for a professional audience. The content attracted 3k+ post
impressions and contributed immensely to the growth of the page audience.

● Researched ideas to improve community engagement on their online platform and worked with the website coordinator and
marketing manager to implement them. The engagement improved with people engaging with the 'Monthly Theme' idea.
● Coordinated and managed Zoom calls between the guest speakers and facilitators with the tech support and management
teams, with an 85% success rate. All calls were successfully recorded and stored.
