I am Kenya Citizen and graduate with Bachelors degree in Business and Information technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of agriculture and Technology. Prior to that, I have a Diploma in business and Information Technology.

1. Webbcom Cyber cafe:December 2022 – To date

-Ensuring that computers, switches, routers and other systems are working and in good condition.
-Printing and Photocopying and Typesetting
-Assisting in the installation, updating and maintenance of antivirus and software updates
-Online downloading and uploading of customer documents from various websites

2. Syox Computer College: January 2019 – November 2022
 Assisting in the installation, updating and maintenance of antivirus and software updates
-Managing and directing members of staff on any IT-related issues.
-Assisting in computer repairs and troubleshooting
-Ensuring that computers, firewalls, switches, routers and other systems are working and in good
condition.

3. Junior School, Taita Taveta County Kenya:  April 2018 - October 2018
Internship: Volunteer Graduate Assistant at Taita Taveta County
-Engaging the community by initiating a community development project.
-Create enriching personal development opportunities for youth through community service.
-Providing remedial support to pupils who have been identified as requiring extra support in grade
two and three especially in English and Kiswahili in order to enhance their literacy skills.
-Promoting national cohesion by volunteering in other areas than one’s home county and further
increasing opportunities for culture exchange.
