Wanjiru Mwaura

My name is Wanjiru Mwaura. I am a creative, meticulous and adventurous individual who is willing to learn and grow professionally whilst actively improving the growth of the company I work in. I would consider myself a people person and a problem solver as I am always willing to assist.

 I have been a customer service representative both remote and physically working for a company known as Braless Nation for two years. I dealt with clients on physical level and online on social media platforms acting as a link between them and the company. I handled their orders with a personal touch and ensured satisfaction. I previously used to work in real estate as a property manager where I used to handle tenant's complaints and liaise with relevant parties to solve them.

I attended Mount Kenya University, whereby I studied Bachelor of Travel and Tourism and attained Second Class Upper Honours. The course I took has a lot of customer interactions as tourism requires communication with clients in order to arrange a trip or excursion to their specifications
