About Wanami Moses:

  I am result driven Social Development Specialist with verifiable success driving and implementing strategy in the non-governmental sector. An innovative professional with working experience managing Development Cooperation Programs. I have supported on funded projects in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Sudan. My work experience withing program management entails translation of vision, mission into tangible workstreams with focus on attaining set goals and objectives.  I am knowledgeable in Trade and Investment, Capacity& Risk Assessment, and Development, Designing, implementing, Monitoring, Evaluating, and reporting on multi‐country projects. I hold a master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management), BA (social Sciences) Social Administration & Sociology from Makerere University with 2nd Class upper, certificate in Monitoring, Evaluation & project management.

Experience

With over 14+ years managing development programs for both local and international NGOs with experience of working with international donors/funders, and strong understanding of donor policies and approaches. I have experience with DFID, USAID, UNOCHA, CIFF, Melinda & Gates Foundation and UNHCR among others supporting a budget over $ 1,000,000 per year. I have experience with   projects in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and South Sudan successful interacts with different social and cultural backgrounds and track record of successful management, design and delivery of complex programmers Experienced in Program and project conceptualization, design, management, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. I have strong team-building skills and experience of relationship and partner management, including managing teams across multiple sites and working with international and national partner organizations.
