I have been working at Kenyatta University for the last 16years from August 2007 to date on casual terms as a secretary/clerk typist/receptionist in different offices. My responsibilities include secretarial duties, telephone operation, typing and handling correspondences, dissemination of relevant information to clients and assisting of organization of seminars and workshop. 

I have gained a lot of experience as a Secretary/clerk typist/receptionist; I have been sensitized and helped in the implementation of ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 9001:2015. I have been a member of the quality Team in all offices have worked with.
