Responsibilities:

• Develop the detailed work breakdown structure of .
• Planning and organizing production work schedule.
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• Make sure working environment is clean and occupation health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Organizing repair and routine maintenance of production equipment’s.
• Determining quality control standards in collaboration with quality control department.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescale with client and managers.
• Provide time based schedules and resources allocation.
• Define appropriate processes for work flow activities.
• Determine production cost using specific cost based methodology.
• Ensure human factors engineering disciplines are utilized in production setup.
• Create documentation and work instruction for production and distribution.

Position:  Market / Field Officer Intern

Responsibilities:

• Investigate market activities in the field.
• Analysis of published data and statistics found in the field and market.
• Evaluating past performance of product and services sale.
• Assessing future trends in the market.
• Preparation of project report and publication of results.
• Data collection, evaluation, analysis and data interpretation.
• Made research through CATI which is computer aided telephone interview to clients.
• Analyze and resolve research issues in timely and accurate manner.

Position:  Industrial Attachment

Responsibilities:

• One week of orientation to the company rules and regulations.
• Production processes involved in manufacturing of fibre board both soft and hard boards.
• Production processes involved in plywood manufacture and mdf doors.
• Saw milling department knowing use of each machine for timber production.
• Production of power to surplus electricity cost using timber.
• Waste resource management in the factory.
• Poles treatment processes to achieve required chemical retention.
• Personnel and administrative hierarchy in the company and role of each employer.
