I am presently enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce program at Kenyatta University, specializing in accounting. My background encompasses over eight months of hands-on engagement in customer-centric roles involving customer service, representation, sales, and ensuring data integrity and management. I am eager to embrace learning opportunities and contribute proactively when called upon. Previously served as a call centre agent, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, evaluating problems and complaints of the callers, providing proper solutions, responding to the needs of customers, selling and giving information on the products or services, processing orders, forms, and applications, routing calls to other team. 

I have also been on industrial attachment as an accounting student assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
