Veronica Okoth

I was trained at The Nairobi Women’s Hospital College and attained a Diploma in Perioperative Theatre Technology.I have gained experience from some of the best health facilities in the country and gained the required skills and competencies for the position hence the nature of my studies has prepared me well to deliver services. I speak Fluent English and Kiswahili.
I consider myself to be a friendly, efficient and enthusiastic worker. I’m passionate about my work and I take it as hobby because I enjoy doing it with utmost professionalism. I can work under minimal or no supervision and perfectly apply all skills and competencies I’ve been trained in.

Gained my experience at jaramogi Oginga odinga teaching and referral hospital in kisumu  during my clinical placement as a student for 8 months where I applied competencies such as total patient care, provision of health education, handling instruments and apparatus and sterilization and disinfection of instruments. Later on trained at Kenyatta university teaching and referral hospital where I gained competencies of an Anaesthetic assistant ..

I'm currently volunteering at jaramogi Oginga odinga teaching and referral hospital as a Theatre technician 

I have a diploma in Perioperative Theater Technology from Nairobi Women's hospital college 

I am competent in computer application skills gained fro from Emmanuel Computer Academy
