I am a development practitioner with 14 years hands on experience in development work as a Governance specialist. I have skills and knowledge working on Democratic Governance issues using Human Rights Based Approach HRBA. My strength lies in creating synergy between service providers and rights holders using social accountability tools to generate advocacy and policy framework with the alternate aim of improving governance work, enhancing human rights provision and hence eradicating poverty.

Through Governance, I have gained experience skills and knowledge in gender mainstreaming in programing taking care of special interest of women and girls and ensuring that the governance structures are gendered. I have experience in working with women, youth and the marginalized groups of persons in the society.

I have experience in monitoring and evaluation, partnership, fundraising and contract management and in developing quality project reports that meet the donor requirements. I do possess experience, knowledge and skills in project implementation and financial management of projects ensuring that projects and activities are implemented on agreed budgets.

I have held positions of leadership through which I have gained leadership skills in leading teams and projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. I have over ten years international experience of working with persons from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds and integrating with them well.
