  • Answering all incoming calls/emails screening them and re-routing them to the relevant recipient
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails
  • Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring they are signed in and inducted. Dealing with any inquiries
  • General administration duties, record keeping, etc. 
  • Invoice processing, Data entry onto internal systems, QuickBooks.
