As a graduate in Information Technology (IT) and having vast experience in management in a busy company with more than ,000 employees and also experiences gained while offering my services in various government agencies, I feel like my leadership and technical skills are a great match for the qualifications you require.

In my current tenure as Branch manager at Watu Credit company I do participate in offering leadership management to more than 20 staff at the branch and ensuring the daily operations run smoothly.

A few of my qualification for this position include:

• Demonstrated effectiveness in doing trainings. Have got enough experience in all my experience where I conduct trainings to all staff in accordance with the company policy. 
• Ability to coordinate a very large team of more than 20 staff in the branch. This to ensure the branch set targets and goals are achieved.
• Vast knowledge and experience in ICT products. I am well versed with a lot of troubleshooting solutions and solving any technical itches as far as technology is concerned.
• Superb leadership and communication talents, leading by example instil enthusiasm and project ownership in team members.
