I am a commerce-accounting graduate who has a wealth of experience in accounting and finance, customer service, office administration and sales. I have a knack for problem solving and is well-versed in analyzing financial data. I am also a great communicator, adept at quickly building relationships with customers, clients and colleagues. Additionally, I have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and interpersonal to make me an asset to any team.

I have professional experience in Accountancy and Sales & Customer Service. At Sote Hub Mombasa, I worked as an Accounts Assistant Trainee. In this role, I was responsible for handling the accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounts. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing financial statements, budget reports and payroll. 
Before this, I had worked as a Customer Service and Sales Trainee at Jubilee Insurance Company, Mombasa. In this role, I was responsible for providing customer service and sales support for the company. This included responding to customer inquiries, providing quotes, and processing sales transactions. Additionally, I assisted in the development of marketing materials and prepared presentations for potential customers.

I attended the Technical University of Kenya, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in accounting. I gained valuable knowledge and experience in the field of accounting that enabled me to progress in their career. The courses provided a comprehensive overview of the accounting principles taught, and included subjects such as financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and more. Throughout the program, I was introduced to the basic concepts of accounting and financial management and was also exposed to more practical skills such as data analysis, problem-solving, and presentation skills. I graduated from the program with a strong understanding of the core accounting fundamentals and the confidence to pursue a successful career in the field.
