• Lead plant production, quality and Maintenance personnel in day-to-day activities to achieve optimum productivity
from safe and efficiently maintained equipment and facilities.
• Ensure efficient processing of incoming materials and goods while ensuring end products meet set quality standards
and in liaison with external regulatory and inspection bodies.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on all machinery and equipment to minimize downtime, increase

• Work with Plant Engineers and supervisors to plan, organize resources, execute work plans, monitor production and
quality, coordinate priorities, resolve issues, and participate in special projects.

normal plant/ special projects’ needs.

• Introduced, developed, trained, documented and maintained preventive maintenance Quality Management system on
Total productive maintenance (TPM) skills found very compatible to lean maintenance kaizen skill and ISO 9001:2015
and which has been found quite cost-effective.
• Expanded customer base two-fold through operations management excellence, nascent top-quality
inspection/production, ever high machinery availability and impacted/improved production/operations efficiency.
• Through Lean manufacturing principles encompassed in kaizen skills, reduced unit operations cost through process

tonne Aluminum ingots melting furnace and assuring production of very high availability and efficiency, high
Aluminum recovery with rotary kiln availability, high water house and cooling towers operations efficiency.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER–Building & Facilities Maintenance Service -Charcon Company Ltd | Oct 2008 – Feb 2011
• Prepared and executed preventing maintenance schemes on building machinery, attend to occurring breakdowns
efficiently, articulated and made available all spares required.
• Serviced building equipment like pumps, boilers, lifts, escalators, compressors, air conditioners, heaters, refrigerators,
