POSITION: HELP DESK SUPPORT.

ROLES:

• Assisted in receiving calls from clients – to instantly solve their issues with the system. Forr example: setting of passwords, adding new students, invoicing and such like activities in the system 
• Assisting clients in solving issues using salesiq-zoho account.
• Assisted the implementation team to map data to students: This involved, making sure that the students have the right balances, are mapped to the right course, have the right admission number.

18TH November 2020 – MARCH 15TH  2023: Valentine cake House

Roles: Information Technology &Front office Departments 

• Placement of online orders, done through emails, or valentine cake house application.
• Facilitation of corporate orders, involves, placing the order in the system and making sure every order is complete as per client’s specification 
• Front officer: Involves physical placement of orders, which involves interaction with clients 
• Training of new staff about our point of sale systems.
