I am a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass communication (Public Relations option) and a Diploma holder in Public Relations and Creative Advertising. 

I am confident, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer care and communication skills enabling me to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. My passion for ensuring compliance, fostering continuous improvement, and upholding industry standards aligns perfectly with the objectives of a growing institution.

In my previous role as Registration Officer at National Construction Authority, I have gained valuable experience which aligned with the job description which includes: 

Good networking skills, decision-making and problem–solving skills,

Accreditation and Registration, Construction Record of Training Evaluation and Quality Control Standards.

I also acquire an immense skills in Print media with a specific bias on design of promotional materials and coordinating effective communication within the channels of production. My proneness in Public Relations and Communications as well as Administration is exemplified by my term as a Public Relations Officer to initiate ground breaking strategies pertaining to double up employee’s productivity and ensuring regulatory compliance to contribute to an organization's goals and objectives. A diverse experience particularly in marketing communications and customer service relations through customer research and work experience.
