I would characterize myself as a hard-worker with excellent communication skills. As you can see on my resume, I’ve never worked in customer service before. But in every job you have to communicate with someone, you try to help people or convince them, you face praise or criticism. And I did fairly well in such situations in my last job, which gives me confidence in my ability to become an excellent customer service worker and deliver exceptional results. My previous jobs involved sales and customer relations, I was responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish, which makes me good and excellent in customer service. In my free time I enjoy playing piano and read a good book, or just relax with some nice food and drink.
