• Support qualitative gender analysis exercise in Turkana
• Collection of qualitative data through focus group discussions and key informat interviews
• Gather and accurately record responses 
• Accurately translate and transcribe all data collected as required from this research exercise
• Prepare a draft report after as a facilitator and a note taker
• Participating in a daily debrief sessions with the team at the end of the day to download data from the days’ activities and the synthesis at the end of the field work.
• Turn over all literature and materials used in the survey to the project
• Educate clients on the benefits, risks and procedure of male circumcision 
• Provide counseling on HIV risk-reduction behavior 
• Administer consent documents to eligible clients before circumcision
• To provide HIV testing services to clients
• Refer, link and appropriately track all VMMC clients who have tested HIV positive
• Adhere to the national guideline on HTS and VMC counseling procedure 
• Participate in regular VMC data quality audit activities to ensure compliance to quality system
• Support VMMC demand creation activities
• Timely data reporting
