Experience

Support qualitative gender analysis exercise in Turkana
Collection of qualitative data through focus group discussions and key informat interviews
Gather and accurately record responses
Accurately translate and transcribe all data collected as required from this research exercise
Prepare a draft report after as a facilitator and a note taker
Participating in a daily debrief sessions with the team at the end of the day to download data from the days’ activities and the synthesis at the end of the field work.
Turn over all literature and materials used in the survey to the project
Educate clients on the benefits, risks and procedure of male circumcision
Provide counseling on HIV risk-reduction behavior
Administer consent documents to eligible clients before circumcision
To provide HIV testing services to clients
Refer, link and appropriately track all VMMC clients who have tested HIV positive
Adhere to the national guideline on HTS and VMC counseling procedure
Participate in regular VMC data quality audit activities to ensure compliance to quality system
Support VMMC demand creation activities
Timely data reporting
