RESPONSIBILITIES

Training of new groups.

Recruitment of groups and individual clients.

RESPONSIBILITY

-Payroll administration, the preparation of remuneration for the county staff members as casuals for the whole county.

-Advisory which included the management of grievances amongst the staff employees.

-Filling for all the departments as well as book keeping.

-Sorting of incoming and outgoing mail, recording and issuance of payslips.

-Human Resource information systems and staff establishment in the county.

-Creating personal files for newly recruited staff/officers.

-Selection and recruitment of new employees.

-Collecting, analysing and summarizing staff returns from all departments.

-Receiving and directing customers accordingly among others.
