As a branch manager,I am tasked with overall performance and smooth running of the activities of the branch I.e

Conducting daily early bird  meetings with the staff to emphasize on route plans, disbursements and collection.
To manage the credit function efficiently and effectively in order to ensure that it is a profitable line of business and that the organization is not exposed to risk maintaining a quality loan book.
Ensure compliance to the agreed SLA/TAT for disbursement and other issues relating to both internal and external customers.

As Project officer, I am tasked with overseeing the project implementation by Agfec group of companies ltd and thus responsible for the following:

Assist in the recruitment of all new programme staff
Providing technical support to farmer-led enterprises by organizing field days, farm visits, training's and trade fairs
Conducting and leading the project team in field visits, community consultations and staff training's
Providing technical advice on agri-business projects in terms of business planning, financial management, governance as well as enhancing day-to-day management of agro-enterprises enrolled in the organizations value chain projects.
Ensuring coordination and implementation of agribusiness development activities, and identifying model farms then organizing trainings and field days for farmers
Establishment of a solid working relationship with County Government Departments of Agriculture, Lands, Livestock and Fisheries; Health, Water and Sanitation and engage them in the day to day implementation of activities
Assisting in the identification of training needs and in organizing agribusiness training for project partners as well Capacity building of farmers through conducting trainings, coaching and mentor-ship of extension providers on Climate Smart Agriculture
Representing at Sub County level coordination and technical forums in Crop production forums, livestock production forums, natural resource management forums and others as will be specified by the project manager
Enhance linkages between target communities and community groups with the relevant government departments and the private sectors agricultural input providers
Ensuring expenditure and budget tracking are compliant with project scope and company guidelines
Preparation of programme reports such as Quarterly and Annual Project performance indicators reports

As an Agri-business Farm Manager, I am tasked with overseeing the project implementation of Farm project activities, and thus responsible for the following:

Deciding on the type, quality and quantity of the crops to be planted
Preparing plans for the mode of planting, harvesting schedules and collaborates with the farm operators for carrying out these activities
Planning day today activities of the farm I.e feed formulation, feeding right quantities to the respective categories of animals, Chicken and Dairy animals.
