I am a hard-working and dynamic professional who has worked consistently and has been praised as detail oriented by my colleagues and managers. Over the course of my seven year career I developed a skill set directly relevant to the current role you are hiring for. Direction of staff, evaluation of work and maintenance. Through my experience and time I have honed skills such as administering and planning new programs, human resource administration and general coordination of staff and operations. I also understand quality standards as well as meeting financial and non-financial targets. My experience in different business sectors gives me an upper hand in understanding different clientele and business needs as well as understanding my competitors and staying on trend. This same experience has taught me how to work with different heads of departments to enable smooth flow of operations. I believe I am thorough in driving KPI and improvement of quality metrics as well as understanding risk management strategies and conflict resolution skills. Through my skills as a licensed psychologist I have gained knowledge of understanding individuals, people skills and excellent customer service/retention skills as well as understanding different personalities that can be encountered during business. This skill has taught me effective relationship management and inspiring positive work environments. Overall I have consistently demonstrated leadership, organizational and planning abilities in every aspect of my past roles.

I have worked for the past 7 years. 

I started off by being a Receptionist at Texas Alarms, Mombasa - Kenya. Thereafter I continued to study and began working at Kaptagat Heights, A real estate company in Eldoret Kenya which kickstarted my career as I worked being a Project Administrator for 1 year before moved to another one of the directors companies. 

I then worked at Busy Bumbles Nursery School, in management as the school Coordinator. Where I managed the school, reports, worked with the directors, head teacher and admin in Event organization coordinator; celebrations, events, PTC’s, running the kitchen as well. 

I have also worked as a manager at a new start up Parlour for a short time. This allowed me to begin understanding how to run a company in all it's departments. 

My last job was the General Manager at Rupa'z Fun n Fitness Centre- I was able to handle over 50 Employees, as well as the HR department, Finance, Over see the rest of the departments: Hospitality, The Fitness Hub, The Swimming Pool, The Music Centre, The Dance Studio, The Gaming Department and General Admin and Event organization. 

This allowed me to expound my career and my skill set further enough to then get a job working at Orthomedics & Pharmaceuticals LTD as the Operations Manager where I handle - HR, Logistics, Finance, Overviewing Marketing, Procurement, Admin processes, Units (branches) and Operations in general. 

Moreso, I am a licensed and practicing counsellor for the past 4 years with vast experience in speaking on mental health matters and providing psychological support.

I am a licensed psychologist, I also have completed a degree and diploma in Counselling Psychology and I have recently done a Leadership Course sponsored by my work place.
