I am a single male Kenyan citizen born on 17th of June 1999.I undertook my career studies at Kenya Medical Training College, Msambweni Campus in Kwale County, where I pursued Certificate in Kenya Enrolled Community Health Nursing. I am registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya, I did the Nursing Council Exam and passed and I was awarded a valid practicing license 

HOME-BASED CARE-DIANI

September 2022-November, 30th 2022(Part time clients)

Duties and Responsibilities;
1.Administration of drugs and monitoring of vital signs.
2.Assisting the patients with basic needs and any other needs that may arise. 
3.Primary nursing care; two hourly turning,feeding, and wound cleaning and dressing.
4.Blood sample collection for laboratory findings.
5.Any other duties assigned. 

MSAMBWENI COUNTY REFERRAL HOSPITAL; VOLUNTEER; JULY-CURRENTLY.
Duties and Responsibilities;
1.Ensuring patient care, including medications, orders and treatment.
2.Assisting the physicians and in performing special procedures.
3.Monitoring closely condition and physical status of patients under the direction and guidance of the Head Nurse.
4.Assisting in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patient(s) physical conditions.
5.Keeping abreast of changing techniques in critical care nursing and maintaining high level of expertise.
6.Maintaining accurate medical records.
7.Ensuring economic use of equipment and supplies.
8.Any other duties assigned.
