Currently working as a customer service consultant at an EPZ company located off Kenol, sagana road, a point contact between farmers and administration at large.

partnered with Mteja-our customer relationship management (CRM) a local start up to integrate a crm for farmers relationship enhancement where we mentor and analyse calls, sms with the objective farmer/customer satisfaction.
