I am a self-driven and highly motivated with a positive attitude towards life and intrigued by new technologies.i have a great academic track record and vast interest in the field of administration that led me pursue a Diploma in Business Management as a course at Mt Kenya University.I have also undertaken short software application course in Microsoft office packages.

Currently working as a customer service consultant at an EPZ company located off Kenol, sagana road, a point contact between farmers and administration at large.

Achievements include:

Set up and managed the customer service representative and filed relations officer.

partnered with Mteja-our customer relationship management (CRM) a local start up to integrate a crm for farmers relationship enhancement where we mentor and analyse calls, sms with the objective farmer/customer satisfaction.
