Previously I worked in Quality Assurance at Tenspot Kenya Limited where I ensured that services offered by company agents meet the established standards. This was achieved through monitoring and auditing calls both inbound and outbound. As a Credit Control Assistant for Tenspot Kenya Limited, I made daily calls to customers and worked to assist them with their technical or service-related issues.

I have good listening skills and pay great attention to detail. I am a natural problem solver. My interpersonal skills and ability to communicate have served me well as a Credit Control Assistant. Previous supervisors have praised my professionalism and I have earned promotions and bonuses. I also have strong work ethic, ability, passion, and dedication. 
 

I have a degree in Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Marketing from Kirinyaga University.
