I have a passion in interacting, communicating, and helping out guests topped up with an experience in the front desk.
I am a detail-oriented, diligent, and values-driven young professional ready to work with other department professionals in all aspects of the job. I am an excellent team player and a good communicatorith more than three years of experience as a receptionist. I believe my skill set, experience and passion will prove me as the best candidate for this position.
Previously I have worked as a Receptionist at Moran Lounge Nairobi and Stedmak Gardens, Karen where my duties included:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering and forwarding calls.
- Handling customers’ complaints.
- Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Deliver promises and obligations to drive an exceptional customer experience.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Maintain digital and physical financial transaction records.
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
