I am a high caliber, self-motivated and dynamic 35-year-old and have experience in field-based data collection as well as piloting, participation in planning and review meetings held with community resource persons engaged by the program, ability to work and interview individuals from all walks of life including rural villages and informal settlements (slums) while maintaining professionalism, conducting home visits to assess the clients and conduct interviews, HIV Testing and Counselling, working with children, youth, and parents, providing comprehensive psychosocial support to clients, data entry, presentation and timely submission of data

For the last few years, I have been involved in various fields of expertise, including research and data collection in the field by face-to-face surveys and CATI, community mobilization with CHVS to ensure interventions were properly achieved, screening, supervision, facilitating change, community-based training and awareness raising, preparation of research tools, compiling and writing reports and community focus group discussions.
