Roy Kinuthia

I am an International relations graduate, passionate in matters related to diplomacy, international development and peace and conflict management. I aspire to be part of the solution in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and creating a better tomorrow. I am also interested in environmental matters and in curbing climate change. I am also an avid reader, curious and excited to learn new things.

I have experience in the social science field. My first internship was at the Strathmore Institute for Family Studies. This was a one year contract from July 2020 to June 2021. I was an intern in the law, policy and advocacy office where we sought to research and compile laws and best practices of states in matter related to the family and children. 

My most recent internship was at the Institute for Innovation in Public Governance. This was from May 2021 to July 2021. This internship comprised of research assignments related to policies, compiling the information into reports and presentation of the information.

I have a Bachelors degree in International Studies from Strathmore University. 

I have also completed a course in Microsoft Excel offered by Microsoft on Coursera.
