  • Ensuring that the correct purchase ordering mechanism is used for the item being purchased 
  • Raising purchase orders according to the different purchasing groups for A &P, Assets and overheads 
  • Analyzing data and reporting the results on a timely basis.
  • Providing support to the market that facilitates the accurate, efficient and timely set up and approval of purchase orders. 
  • Managing parked and blocked invoices. Acting on the daily parked and blocked items to ensure they are set at the minimum 
  • Ensuring that all vendor queries are resolved on time through personal intervention or liaison with the market. 
  • Contributing ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the ‘Source to pay’ process.
