My background includes leading operations, teams and processes to drive business and guest service success within highly regarded and established hotels. from training and developing staff to overseeing profit and loss responsibilities and driving sales and marketing efforts. I excel at managing staff and stimulating maximum guest service and satisfaction levels.

As a strategic and highly experienced Manager with more than 13 years of experience, currently working as an Operations Manager where i thrive in executing the following roles; overseeing the reporting, processing, and correction of a maintainance team, coordinating and maintaining a hands-on approach to the cleanliness, managing work force requirements, including staffing, training, and requisitions and budgeting, performing quality controls and monitoring production KPIs as well as conducting regular operations team meetings with the entire HOD daily to discuss routine operations.

Most importantly, my experience overseeing several sales and marketing roles has seen me successfully achieve numerous miles.
