I am passionate about promoting good corporate governance ideals, bringing positive cultural change in an organization and I stand for social justice.

Currently, as the Head of Human Resources at Jeff Hamilton Limited Nairobi, with a staff count of 1500, I am tasked with key human resource functions in the organization including, recruitment and selection, onboarding of new employees, conducting background checks, staff record-keeping, and accurate filing, leave management, payroll processing, and statutory remittance, policy interpretation and implementation, contact person for all employee-related issues, accurate and regular reporting, performance management, and general administration.

I have completed my Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) course, awaiting graduation, to add to my Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Social Sciences. I am a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) under the registration number 016116. 

I have worked for 4 years in Human Resources and Administration with different public and private institutions as an employee. I have thus gained the skills and knowledge that are useful in office administration functions, human resource management functions, and procurement functions. I have worked in different institutional contexts and therefore the diversity of my experience transcends different cultural backgrounds.
