As the Hr Attachè my main responsibilities were: 
Recruitment & Selection processes:- Screening and scrutinizing applicants' forms, selecting of a pool of desirable candidates, scheduling interviews and background/reference checks.
Placememt and Induction processes:- Job offers, onboarding procedures and drafting of employment contract.
Employee relations:- Conflict resolution, regulations and procedures governing disciplinary matters i.e showcause, interdiction, abscondment, suspension, warning and dismissal letters to ensure adherence to organizational policy.
Training & Development processes:- Staff training facilitation, Traning needs assessment procedures and talent acquisition.
Performance management:- Help in coordinating, monitoring and evaluating organization's departments performance and ensuring they aligned to meet their objectives.
Computing personnel remunerations and processing of employees benefits i.e Leave allowances and other terminal dues.
Preparing and processing staff movement documents i.e deployment, transfer, promotion, demotion and exit procedures.
Administrative Duties Include:
Capturing and updating employee personal information accurately and timeously in the system including leave records, medical claims and other HR related records.
Registry processes: Sorting/filing documents & updating employee records on their personal files and keeping confidential files under key and lock.
Dispatch processes: Receiving, recording, issuing a tracking number and dispatching correspondences to the addressed section/department.
Handling the day-to-day office tasks like maintaining the general office supply inventory i.e print papers, toners, stationary to ensure the staff have everything they need for their work.
Drafting memos and other correspondences.

2018 – Present: Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management.
                Moi University (Annex Campus).
2014 – 2017: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
                       Othaya Boys High School.
2006 – 2013: Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE).
                       St. James Primary School.
