Experience
From my prior experience as a contact center agent at Kenya Trade Network Agency, I have developed excellent customer service skills, and excellent problem solving skills. I handle customer queries and respond to them accordingly on issues relating to shipping and customs via email, phone calls and work in customers. This has equipped me with excellent communication skills and time management skills. I also worked as an administrative intern at Elender International where I played an integral part in administrative support and performing general administrative responsibilities. I've worked at Altruist Technologies (Airtel Kenya process) as a contact center assistant.I am currently working at Boresha Credit Services Ltd as a Debt recovery officer which has equipped me with negotiation skills and time management skills. I believe the combination of my education, aggressiveness and dedication to achieving success gives me an excellent chance to surpass your expectations for this role.
Education
I graduated with a degree in Agribusiness Management from University of Embu and a continuing CPA student.
