Am an energetic self starter with strong communication skills, creative, resourceful and flexible professional who enjoys learning new skills and works well independently or on team. I am able to adopt to changing priorities and mantain positive attitude and strong work ethic. Am well equipped with strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, proficient in outlook, micro soft word, excel and access.

Experience

I have been working in a receptionist and administration for 7 years. I was employed a customer care representative in a leading Energy Company handling over 250 customer interactions daily. During my time at the role, I demonstrated passion for customer service. I am always prepared to go an extra mile to meet customer’s expectations and I have been commended for my enthusiastic approach to my job.

I am excited for the opening and eager to take on new challenges and I believe this job will enable me to progress to greater heights.

Strong communication and leadership qualities with a proven track of getting along with my teams and leading colleagues towards performance objectives.

Adept at formulating, implementing, and improving customer focused strategies that enhance customer experience.

Proficient with multiple customer relations Management {CRM} systems, as a well as Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint, and access.

 

Am passionate about continuous learning and professional development. I currently finished a course on Executive Assistant to expand my skill set.
