I a professional in credit advisory and Collection with over four years of practice in this field.Besides this,I know how to make a good rapport with customers be it in calls,messaging, email or face to face chat making my customer service skills so excellent.I am a good market reseacher and field officer with good tactics on approach and deals closure.My skills evolve around customer service,call handling techniques, research, communication, skip tracing and reporting.I have worked for 2 years at Quest Holdings  Limited  as an office and field based credit advisor and in recovery.To add on this,I have also worked for over two years as an office based call center accounts collector at Nimble Kenya .I have also experience in sales and marketing from Cytonn Investments.

I ama bachelors degree holder in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Eldoret.I also have a certificate course in computer studies.
