My name is Mercy Mwangi, I am a fresh  graduate at East Africa university of Kenya. I did diploma in Business Management, Human Resource specialization and graduated with credit. I did my internship program at Nacico Sacco as an HR employee which was really beneficial in equipping me with new skills and training. I believe I am a great employee because am panctual, resilient and hardworking.

My responsibilities at the SACCO were:

-Assisted in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. 
-Supported the development of an employee training program, including the creation of training materials and scheduling training sessions.
-Collaborated with HR team members to update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
-Participated in employee engagement initiatives, organizing team-building events and surveys that resulted in an increase in employee satisfaction.
