My responsibilities at the SACCO were:

-Assisted in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. 
-Supported the development of an employee training program, including the creation of training materials and scheduling training sessions.
-Collaborated with HR team members to update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
-Participated in employee engagement initiatives, organizing team-building events and surveys that resulted in an increase in employee satisfaction.
