About Njubi Muiruri:

I am a seasoned finance professional with over 8 years experience in the banking and energy sectors and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). 
I am passionate in using data to tell a financial story with respect to the strategic direction the company has taken. I pride myself in excellent budgeting, monitoring, reporting, treasury operation, job costing and banking skills. 
I serve in various governance and leadership roles in and outside my current organisation. I am currently the Group Finance division lead on Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation, Hon, Treasurer of Davis and Shirtliff Sacco, Parish Treasurer of ACK St John's Ndongoro church and Hon Secretary of Mararo Pamoja Sacco (Community based Sacco).

•Actively engages in Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the group. This includes Kenya (Headquarters) and subsidiaries in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Zambia, DRC, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia.
•Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for both cost and profit centers. •Completes market research and comparable company analysis while recommending strategies for increasing financial performance.
