  • Enhance financial transparency and tax compliance by aiding clients across industries in accurately calculating their tax liabilities, covering capital allowances, employment taxes, corporation tax, and other relevant business taxes.
  • Offer strategic advice on the distinctive tax implications of transactions within clients' respective industries by providing valuable insights for effective tax planning and savings.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of each client's tax situation in accordance with established operating guidelines to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop, implement, and assess legal strategies aimed at reducing tax liabilities, while also conducting thorough tax audits to ensure compliance.
  • Advise clients on optimal tax strategies, as well as provide guidance on compensation and benefit plans, aligning with sound accounting principles to enhance their financial efficiency and promote sustainable growth.
  • Perform compliance assurance reviews for corporate tax, VAT, PAYE, and withholding tax, identifying weaknesses and generating reports on potential tax liabilities.
  • Provide tax compliance management services, including the preparation of tax computations, oversight of filing and payments, management of monthly payrolls, and communication with the Kenya Revenue Authority.
  • Review company and individual tax returns, transmittal letters, and computations by scrutinizing PAYE calculations and ensuring timely completion of crucial end-of-month procedures.
