I am an accomplished executive and initiative driven leader keen with a proven track record of performance turnaround and effective management of company operations. With a background in finance and banking, I have gained over 15 years of experience in the service industry excelling in operations management, personnel management, relationship management, Credit management, financial management and business development and management. Additionally, I have also sat in boards of establishments, schools and government bodies where I am mostly involved in the oversight of fiduciary functions. Aside from this, I am involved in contributing to providing strategic direction, development of policies, monitoring organizational compliance, defining and building key stakeholder relationships.       The company deals in communications and business consultancy /events organization, training and capacity building and project management (real estate development) in another arm

• Championed the entry of Bank of Africa into the South Rift region through the establishment of the Kericho branch which targeted an area of 1M residents.

• Lead the establishment of the first ever branch in Keroka serving over 600,000 area residents.
