I am a commercially astute CPA- certified public accountant with over three years’ experience of providing comprehensive high quality commercial, finance and accounting support services to MGI Alekim LLP, Taxplan as an audit Assistant and Data Entry to Minet Kenya Insurance Brokers. 2022 SEP- TO PRESENT: ACCOUNTANT AT TAXPLAN LLP CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS.

  • Manage schedules of standard objectives, financial statements and reports,
  • Organize source documents, files and other account affiliated information,
  • Carry out job duties on spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Tally Prime and other online database, and all accounting software,
  •  Organize all journal entries on QuickBooks and Tally Prime, perform analysis on account records and conciliate all statements for month ending,
  • Preparation of Management accounting and related financial accounting for Client companies,
  • Computation of VAT, Income Tax, withholdings Tax, PAYE preparation, Payroll management and Firing Returns in a timely manner,
  •  Liaising with auditors monthly, quarterly and annually,
  •  Organize appropriate list of fixed assets for remittance of taxes and preparation of budget,
  • Render assistance to other departments in organizing requests for diverse business units for customers and regulators,

Filing other statutory obligations for Client companies i.e., NSSF, NHIF, NITA and other obligations

 

Dec 2016- Dec 2020: DATA ENTRY CLERK: MINET KENYA INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED (AON).           

  • Organize Claims and other records such as registers in readiness for entry , 
  • Data entry and Timely analysis and capitation according to Carder Levels of claimants, including invoices and expense vouchers, to affirm commitments and post suitable records,
  •  Manage schedules of standard objectives i.e. Timely payment of service provides, 
  • Organize source documents, files and other account affiliated information,
  • Organize all routine registers; manage the budget and carry out analysis on all data, carry out job duties on spreadsheets, online database, 
  • Reassess all check requests and supervise all invoices for precision.
