Experience
I was in the corporate affairs department. The main thing I learned was to be the face of the company and treating each customer as VIP. I got to learn about the integration of various departments in the media houses. I mainly offered assistance to my supervisor in guest protocol management. I attended to walk-in customers and referring them to relevant departments for assistance. I accompanied guests visiting the organization to their respective engagements. I delivered and set up branding materials in corporate events in and outside the company's premises. I took pictures at corporate events and during academic tours. I also conducted academic tours for Primary, Secondary and Universities that visited the organization, educating them on what hapens in a media house
