I hold 20 years experience in not only offering expetise in raising capital and instituting controls but also, expertise as a transformative leader, strategic business partner and administrative operational manager in both local and international organisations as well as both NGOs and for profit companies.

From my past places of employment as the Group Head of Finance and Shared services of Kzanaka Group (Cooper K-Brand Limited and related companies), an Agricultural, Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, laboratory services, Real Estate & Hospitality; I have gained a reputation for successful leadership through:

• Driving effective strategic and operational financial planning, setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis that aid in the decision-making process.
• Managing forecast and budgeting for the conglomerate with direct P&L impact exceeding $200 million.
• Designing Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and streamlining documentation with a controlled owner action program and eliminating duplication of efforts by external consultants, resulting in permanent budget savings of approximately $50,000.
• Architecting business cases by objectively evaluate options and justifying recommendations for the Group’s real estate, manufacturing, hospitality and agricultural business segments, with a view of creating annual savings once fully adopted.
• Exceeding the Group’s accounts standards, instituting benchmarking, streamlining operations in financial, HR Sustainability Reporting and IT and effectively managing change while carefully balancing risk and reward; and 
• Mentorship and inspirational leadership and putting effort to address the needs of all stakeholders involved, applying analytical approaches to secure commitment, trust and support from the team.
