I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate at The Cooperative University of Kenya. I am result oriented and experienced finance and accounting techniques, computation and finance related services. I have a great ability to manage and streamline financing operations which helps to supervise and adhere to government regulations. During my university studies, I have developed an excellent eye to smaller details due to the nature of my course and heavy demands of research. Therefore, am able to work diligently under pressure. I am looking for a challenging, fast-paced environment to utilize these skills.
On a personal level, I am a highly motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. My goal is to be part of an organization where I can improve my personal qualifications and at the same time contribute to my team’s success.

Assisting the finance department in processing financial reports, analyzing account statements, releasing invoices, and conducting tax audits.
Undertaking data entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintaining accurate and detailed inventory records.
Assisting the payment processing team in undertaking credit checks.
Preparing and verifying expense reports and statements.

Responsibilities.
Assisted the finance officer in developing budgets.
Offering financial support to various departments.
Providing assistance with accounts receivable management.

INTERN AT KORORKWONY MILLERS CO. LTD (Dec 2020-Feb 2021) 
Responsibilities
Processing the supplier’s invoices for their payment into the accounts.
Ensuring that the customer’s accounts are monitored to enable timely payments and reconciliations. 
Receiving and recording of the sales receipts as well as maintaining proper filling of the records.
Preparing the income statement and statement of financial position 
Recording the company's expenses according to their cost classification
Recording of expenses for the purpose of computing input tax and posting them in the income and expenditure account
Reconciliation of the cashbook.
