Assisting staff in configuring and installing their laptops, computer desktops, printers, POS machines and other computer peripheral.
Doing all administrative duties in the workshop.
Work with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment’s and software.
Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
Physical setting up of computers and installation of various computer applications.
Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
Individual assessments of computer systems to identify the problem(s).
Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on upgrades needed.
Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware and software systems.
Carrying out other duties as you may be requested by management.
Provide computing support services like consulting with users about virus and spyware problems, data transfers, and backups, etc.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Prepare monthly activity reports.
Perform other duties as requested by the Service delivery manager.
Repairing and testing Tft monitors and all POS equipment’s.
Repairing / programming / fiscalization of Fiscal printers ie Datecs,Aclass printers
Repairing all types of printers both being used at HQ and all the branches.
