As a multi-skilled and result-driven Customer Service professional with a background in Business Management, I am keen on pursuing positions that will see me grow into roles that improve my career advancement. The positions I have held have seen me grow my skill set and improve my ability to handle diverse roles. My strong problem-solving and organizational skills have established a unique ability to steadfastly manage duties and responsibilities pertinent to a company's growth. My competencies lie in; record keeping, office management, administration, customer relations and organizational skills. Moreover, I have also excelled in; managing office records, personnel management, engaging with clients and ensuring the safekeeping of records. My goal is to secure a position where my skills and experience as an administrator will be utilized to ensure the smooth running of office operations and ensure the office has a conducive environment for employees to work in.

Experience

I have 9 yrs of experience as a  customer care executive in three different international companies. Mainly Rentokil initial k ltd, Amoo Holdings ltd and SGS Kenya ltd. Throughout my tenure at both Rentokil Initial (K) Ltd and Sgs Kenya ltd, I have been lauded as a consummate professional, a hard worker, and an exceedingly competent employee that requires little to no supervision. I am careful to double and triple-check all items related to expenditures and company planning and maintain strict confidentiality about sensitive items. Finally, I possess a warm and pleasant personality that makes me easy to work with and reflects well on the company as we receive clients and customers.
