Duties

Duties 

  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

Position: Front Office Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Receive patients at the reception, bill the patients for services required, give appointments, answer patients query and direct them appropriately.
  • Supporting the organization in a variety of ways including billing, bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry and secretarial services.
  • Respond to questions from doctors, nurses, and patients in a timely manner.
