Duties

• Educating school going pupil’s on how rabies is caused, and how it can be prevented and even eliminated in community.
• Effectively communicating the life-saving information with community members and peers – ensuring that the vital information is disseminated on rabies.

Position: Senior Customer Service Executive/Administrator.

Duties 

• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
• Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

Position: Front Office Executive

Key responsibilities

• Receive patients at the reception, bill the patients for services required, give appointments, answer patients query and direct them appropriately.
• Supporting the organization in a variety of ways including billing, bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry and secretarial services.
• Respond to questions from doctors, nurses, and patients in a timely manner.
• Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date.
