My name is Margaret Wanjiku Kamau lived in Kikuyu. At 25 years old, I persue a Certificate in Supply Chain Management course at Kiambu Institute of Science and Technology. Thereafter I joined Kenya Forestry Research Institute where I worked for three good months as an  attatchee and  gained more experience about procurement.

I have experience in Procurement for one and a half in the Kiambu Institute of Science and Technology and three months at Kenya  Forestry Research Institute as an attatchee. I therefore worked as a waiter for four good years in one of the hotels in Limuru(Savannah Hotel).

From 2019-2021 I joined the Kiambu Institute of Science and Technology where I persued course a Certificate in Supply Chain Management.

Feb 2022-April 2022-Kenya Forestry Research Institute where I gained the following achievements from the Procurement Office:

1.Cost saving-this is by identifying more cost-effective suppliers or negotiating better prices with existing suppliers.

2. Supply Relationship Management- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring a reliable supply chain and prompt delivery of goods and services.
