I have a background in medical and health sciences and hands-on experience working in a medical center, where I developed strong communication, organization, and client-handling skills.
I am also skilled in writing, proofreading, and English–Swahili translation. I enjoy learning new digital skills and working with people from different backgrounds. I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work.

I have experience in customer service, healthcare support, and online work. I have worked in a medical health center as a customer service representative, handling client communication and front-desk operations. I also have hands-on experience in beauty-related services and assisted at a chemist, gaining exposure to healthcare environments.
In addition, I have skills in writing, proofreading, and English–Swahili translation, with experience supporting clients remotely. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced and people-centered roles.
