I’m a well experienced business analyst, with over five years of experience in business analysis and six years of experience in various banking operations roles including management as a senior relationship officer. I bring on-board skills that include; requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, solution design, level high architectural designs, requirements validation and solution testing, change management and project management.

Currently I’m a Business Analyst at KCB Bank Kenya Limited, contracted at Techsavvana Limited. My role entails full requirements discovery from various stakeholders both internal and external, requirements analysis, solution documentation and design, identification of business needs for our clients, requirements gathering. I participate in business operations and work with the developers to meet customer requirement specifications and improve the quality of the services we deliver to our clients. I organize and plan for the meetings with the relevant stakeholders, conduct elicitation, document the requirements and have them reviewed and approved by the relevant stakeholders. I design the solution, communicate the same to the stakeholders and carry out solution evaluation once the solution is implemented.

 Previously at Tracom Services Limited, I gathered requirements from our clients, documented the requirements and shared the information with our developers for implementation. I developed user acceptance testing scripts, conducted the tests with our clients and reported all issues to the developers and ensured they are resolved and implemented successfully as per the customer requirement specifications. I also monitored project performance and reported the same to our clients and the management. I developed training materials and manuals, trained our clients and staff on new products and documented policies and procedures for the various services that we offered to our clients and offered support to operations division and our clients.

While at Equity Bank Limited, I served at management level for two years as Senior Relationship Officer where I was in charge of Account Opening, Alternative Business Channels, Mobile banking and reception. 

I have worked in the fintech world as a business analyst and i have a rich banking experience in bank operations.Over the years i have gained experience in 

Babok training ,agile and scrum foundation ,Prince2 and Masters in Business administration.
