With my strong technical experience and education, that makes me a very competitive candidate for Architectural drawing and construction estimate. 

  1. Reviewing architectural and all engineering designs to ensure that they conform to the brief and fits within the budget.
  2. Reviewing architectural and all engineering designs to ensure that they incorporate advances in technology and are within client’s expectations.
  3. Reviewing the cost estimates to ensure that all the items as designed are captured and that no commissions, omissions or additions are contained therein.
  4. Reviewing the bills of quantities to ensure that they reflect the designs and that the quantities are correct, unambiguous and in accordance with the standard method of measurement.

With a HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION and DIPLOMA IN ARCHITECTURE, I have a full understanding of the full life cycle construction project and pc skill in Microsoft office, excel and word packages.
