Linda Kiboma is an ICT Professional with vast experience in Risk Management, I.T. Management, Enterprise Systems Implementations, Operations Management Industry Development, systems and network administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

The roles I have handled the pas five years include; providing technical and operations support when it comes to project management within tight timelines, managing large ICT projects in multinational environments, monitoring network uptime and performance, configuring, assessing, and deploying first-line support to end users at Amazon Web Services,  offering consultancy services regarding software maintenance, information security, conducting user training, and ensuring systems are operating optimally by monitoring incidents to ensure SLAs were maintained. 

My leadership style focuses on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions. My superior communication and problem-solving skills allow me to excel in driving teams through all facets of project life cycles and realizing improved efficiency and productivity.
