Experience

I have 3 years of customer service experience. In Dukatech stores, where I worked in the sales and marketing department. My task involved, interacting with customers to provide detailed information on our products and services and assisting them to figure out the better option. As a brand ambassador, I conducted myself in a manner that will uphold the company's values at the same time create and maintain relationships with clients. Working as a waitress at Big Square, gave me exposure to the physical interaction with clients and the act of service. As a detail-oriented individual and one keen and committed to giving my best, I succeeded fairly in this environment. My main goal remains professional growth.
